Okevia, a Florida native now residing in Georgia, brings over a decade of expertise as an event planner and designer, along with 15+ years as an educator. Her creative journey includes event production and management for several large organizations and foundations and freelance work with luxury florists and designers helping curate events for several celebrities and house-hold names, earning her a reputation for sophisticated, detail-oriented design.
Okevia’s academic achievements include a Bachelor’s in Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University, a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida. Recognized as a 2015 Inweekly Rising Star, she is also an active member of the Junior League of Atlanta and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Beyond event production, she’s the proud founder of Morgan & Marleigh, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young girls who have lost their fathers.
